CJs Pellet Depot

Pat Eady, the owner of CJ's Pellet Depot, had a problem: the more his business grew the more time he spent on the phone answering questions, taking orders and scheduling deliveries; leaving him with less and less time to make deliveries and grow his business. His old website only had basic information, and was difficult to update so content quickly grew stale and inaccurate.

Pat asked us to create a website that would lighten his share of the workload and help CJ’s to stand out amongst the competitors.

We built a new, easily updatable website with an eye-catching design that not only brought in new customers, but gave visitors more complete and accurate information about the products and services CJ's offered. The website is not just an advertisement with product info; we also implemented a full featured shopping cart, drastically reducing the amount of time spent on the phone manually taking orders. Website customers can now check the status of their order and contact customer service online. Now Pat has time to focus on providing a great experience for all the new customers the updated website brings in.
